This is one of a Greatest songs of U2. For me, this is about finding Happiness, Beauty, Hope and of course, being Free. Or I can see it as having Faith through times of trouble. Over all, It helps when you are feeling Gloomy ,it makes you think twice about LIFE.
This song is also intended to also Encourages me to Focus on the good in LIFE .....It's a beautiful day, Don't let it get away. Touch me, take me to that other place ....Teach me, I know I'm not a hopeless case.
Yes, My Life has been in a Roller Coaster for the last 10 yrs. I hit all the bumps on the road no matter how many times I've tried to avoid it ....IT still HAPPENS!!! Divorced 2 times, Children , work , etc....
I thought i wouldn't make it through ..... See, most of Us We focus too much on the wrong things that life had brought Us and Only then when we lost everything and have nothing else but the beauty of the world to focus on you then become truely happy, because you understand what really matters .
I adore the line "I know I'm not a hopeless case"...cause I know how it feels like when people look down on you and don't believe in your strenght....but you somehow feel that you are more than what they say of you are and you wish and hope to prove them wrong...
The song is also about PATIENCE...
The key phrase for me, " What you don't have you don't need it now" .When things seem hopeless, empty, we sometimes have to wait patiently for that right moment to take us out of our despair. If we attempt to get rid of the despair with distractions and false hope, we could miss out on the real beauty in life. That's where the all the great imagery at the end of the song comes from (the world in green and blue, canyons broken by clouds....)
But Over all - it's not bad. NOW is the Time of New energies! How exciting - OUT with the OLD , IN with NEW. NEW BEGINNINGS are springing up and it's starting to unfold....I'm so thrilled!
The key is.....A Major Closet Clean Up and Keeping myself grounded more than ever!
I've also invited the angels to embrace me, and am just looking forward. We all know, the more FORWARD we LOOK, the better things get! Sometimes I think that LIFE is all about death and rebirth. Yes, I suffered an ending - but as I always say: "following every ending is an exciting new beginning". And what a fabulous new beginning I've am blessed with!
TRANSITIONS - is an opportunity to re-evaluate that which doesn't serve you, and allowing that which DOES serve you to be overpowering; giving YOU the power of CHANGE - facing it head on with courage!

Thank you Everyone again for good feedbacks and following my blogs. I want to share this with you , After sending my 40th bday pics yesterday, I had some people was surprised about my age and said ," You don't look nowhere near 40". A good friend Rose emailed me saying...." You look so young, I had to look at the photo for a minute. You look so vibrant. I am glad that men are not bringing you down where you lose your looks. It amazes me how much you have gone through in life and look as if you have never had a negative experiences.That is a sure sign of God's Love & Grace."
My reply was...Amen!
But the TRUTH is , It's My 5 Beautiful Children as I look at those innocent eyes, I see HOPE and that said, They kept me from falling apart.
Everybody has to learn to stop constantly staring at the dirty ground they're standing on, and acknowledging the pretty sky above them.
I know this is a cliche...but life's too short to remember only the ugly days.
