Your Soul Wants You to Know - When you hold back and repress what you feel, your body and spirit become drained, when you try to please everyone, and deny yourself, your life force wanes. If you try to meet everyone's expectations, but forget to honor your own needs, your energy field becomes dull. Allowing your emotions and needs the freedom to be spontaneously expressed, however, causes waves of energy to expand inside of you. Running on your own resources, it's easy to become drained, however, letting the divine light of the Creator flow though you easily replenishes your Soul.

Wow that was one of the best night i've ever had last night during my Yoga Class. I actually ended up doing the Kundalini which focus on alot of meditations. I felt i was on top of the world. There was a healing and the gong session that they've added since it was my first time . Everyone was very friendly and fun to talk with.
I wasn't expecting it as a very relaxing , releasing alot of tensions.
I can't wait to go back there tonight again perhaps getting to know more some people in there.

Another Beautiful day in Southern CA. Tonight i will start my Hatha Yoga Class that was recommended to me and i was invited by a great friend. It's been awhile since the last time I've done my yoga with Master Yoga Steve Ross Inhale and it's time to get myself together again for the sake of Me and my kids. Being healthy in mind, body in and spirit is one of my goals. I'm hoping to meet and bring more positive people in my life. Namaste.

Ohh Ann , God! Good message you got. Glad you pay attention to them but now think before you act. Nothing about these things are weird Sweetheart. We attract and create exactly what we need, want, and desire. Its just that sometimes we need to give... ourselves a little time to let our soul assimilate as it expands. Everything in this world is an astral projection of our non-physical existence. However, in this physical reality we have a great deal of power to impact or hurt....

We all desire expansion..., the feelings of Obsession predicate this desire. Your soulmates and twin flames predicate Obsession. But again, we all desire expansion you just need to stop the monkey mind to make this desire a reality in your life. Your partner, soulmate, or twin flame needs to feel that you know who you are or you won't get far. You will only be stuck and that won't be anyone's fault, just your own. Whether you are in a realtionship, fighitng to heal and understand a recovering relationship, you have to understand there is no one to blame for your own actions but yourself. I hope this makes sense folks. I care enough to say, you desire more for and of your own wellbeing.

AMEN!!! GOD YOU ARE SOO GOOD!!! YOU KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO LIFT ME UP!!!

On this day, God wants you to know that your task is not to seek for love, but to seek and melt all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. God loves you with the very air you breathe, the very light that touches your skin, the very ground that supports you. Love is everywhere, -... melt your barriers, and you will have love in abundance.

Abandonment = SELFISH LOVE

In our life, there are people that we care and love, but they are there only with you and not for you. With you only when things are good but when circumstances arises they are not there for you.

Let them go and love them in a distance! You can only give so much but sometimes those people are too blind enough not to see it or no matter what you do is never good enough for them.


We cannot let anyone keep coming in and out of ourlives and our children lives then when the going gets tough - they run like there's a tornado. No calls, No shows .. nothing!

It's very hurtful. It is very wrong and very selfish of that person.

We must let it go , it will hurt trememdously but we will be healed as long as we continue to realized that we love ourself and our children to just walk away and never again let someone who thinks they are entitled too to treat someone who is willing to give their life for them but they abandoned you whenever they feel like it. Once we healed there'll be someone who is waiting for us out there who can give exactly or even more what we can offer them, I can guarantee you!


I believed that people like that Don't even TRUST their ownself that is why they don't even know how to trust others so they run away.

RUN FOREST... RUN!!!


Ohh well, I'm Hoping to start a job here soon , had some interviews today . I have one that i feel very very confident and the head hancho seems really really nice .. so let's wait and see. Soon I'll be able to mingle more with positive people.
