IF tommorow never comes........

Another thing that was sent to me, I do not know who wrote it but again it moved me and I needed the tissues :-) I think you will like that I shared it, author unknown but I am grateful to the friend who sent it to me...

One day a woman's husband died, and on that clear, cold morning, in the warmth of their bedroom, the wife was struck with the pain of learning that sometimes there isn't "anymore". No more hugs, no more special moments to celebrate together, no more phone calls just to chat, no more "just one minute." Sometimes, what we care about the most gets all used up and goes away, never to return before we can say good-bye, say "I love you."

So while we have it, it's best we love it, care for it, fix it when it's broken and heal it when it's sick. This is true for marriage.....And old cars... And children with bad report cards, and dogs with bad hips, and aging parents and grandparents. We keep them because they are worth it, because we are worth it.

Some things we keep -- like a best friend who moved away or a sister-in-law after divorce. There are just some things that make us happy, no matter what.

Life is important, like people we know who are special.. And so, we keep them close!

I received this from someone who thought I was a 'keeper'! Then I sent it to the people I think of in the same way... Now it's your turn to send this to all those people who are "keepers" in your life, including the person who sent it, if you feel that way. Suppose one morning you never wake up, do all your friends know you love them?

I was thinking...I could die today, tomorrow or next week, and I wondered if I had any wounds needing to be healed, friendships that needed rekindling or three words needing to be said.

Let every one of your friends know you love them. Even if you think they don't love you back, you would be amazed at what those three little words and a smile can do. And just in case I'm gone tomorrow.

The Rain....

This was sent to me in an email, it moved me deeply and I felt I had to share it. I did not write this, I do not know who did, but it is moving and beautiful and I felt you would appreciate it if I shared it...

I hope you enjoy this as much as I did ..


It was a busy morning, about 8:30, when an elderly gentleman in his 80's arrived to have
stitches removed from his thumb. He said he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00 am.

I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be over an hour before someone would to able to see him. I saw him looking at his watch and decided, since I
was not busy with another patient, I would evaluate his wound. On exam, it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, got the needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound.

While taking care of his wound, I asked him if he had another doctor's appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry..

The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife. I inquired as to her health.

He told me that she had been there for a while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer's Disease.

As we talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late.

He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not recognized him in five years now.

I was surprised, and asked him, 'And you still go every morning, even though she doesn't know who you are?'

He smiled as he patted my hand and said,

'She doesn't know me, but I still know who she is.'
I had to hold back tears as he left, I had goose bumps on my arm, and thought, 'That is the kind of love I want in my life..'

True love is neither physical, nor romantic.

True love is an acceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not be.

With all the jokes and fun that are in e-mails, sometimes there is one that comes along that has an important message.. This one I thought I could share with you.

The happiest people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make
the best of everything they have.

I hope you share this with someone you care about. I just did.

Tiger Woods Only OWES One Person an APOLOGY.....HIS Wife!!!

I think that modern day insanity is when a famous person makes a personal mistake and they do a public apology. I know that some people feel that if a person is famous that they owes the world. The truth is that they do not! Their career is famous. They personal life is not. Famous people are not role models.

As Brian use to tell me that," they might be celebrities but they are still humans."

Tiger has his own journey in life and he will make his own choices and will have to learn what he needs to learn in life just like everyone else. He made a marriage vow to his wife and no one else.

The same goes for Chris Brown. He hit Rhianna and owes only her an apology.

I know it is fun to judge people because then we get to take a break from looking at ourselves. I know some women who were cheated on will have misplaced anger and get mad at Tiger.

PUT THE ANGER WHERE IT BELONGS THEN FORGIVE AND HEAL.

Remember to look at the things that you have done in your life. Would you want to publicly apologize for it?

Cosmic Weather Forecast -- February 20, 2010

On Saturday, we have a quincunx aspect between the Sun and Mars. These two planets are very compatible since Mars function is to go out and get the Sun what it wants. Further, Mars is in the sign of the Sun (Leo). Basically the quincunx dynamic clue for interpretation is going to come through the sign that the Sun is in which in this case is Pisces. Have you ever gone out and done something for someone? Something that they claimed they wanted so bad only to come back and find out the individual does not want it after all? That is the feeling of this aspect.

Mars is going out to find “individual” things for the Sun. The Sun wants to be “himself”, and whatever sign Mars is transiting through is going to reveal the particular tools that Mars is going to bring the Sun to be more individual. In this case Leo things! However, the Sun at this point is in a sign that is not really motivated towards the “self”, yet motivated on the bigger picture and the individual dissolution of differences in order to be part of the larger collective.

This is tricky, because we have to ask ourselves what is “disappointing” us in our lives. What tools is Mars bringing to us that we might not feel appreciative of and/or understand? This quincunx could bring forth resentment and frustration with others, however if we look towards realizing that Mars will be in Leo for some time, it will be able to appreciate giving those tools to the Sun in the future, but in the meantime we need to learn to manage our current frustrations.

WHO ARE WE AND WHY DO WE WALK OUR TALK...

Does our love need to be questioned?

Does our love need to be explained in such a way that it makes "logical" sense?

LOVE is PURE ~ it radiates out from our souls. When you feel the deep core connection~ people often ask is this real? Am I imagining something that is not of truth? I find that you sometimes have to cross that line in the sand~ even if it seems unrealistic.
Close your eyes for a moment and just allow yourself to make an image or a imprint in your mind what do you see? Who is there? What is there? Are You finding yourself questioning Trust alot lately ? if you are able to "feel" deeply~ You would find that Trust is something that is a big part of who we really are. But- when that trust is broken it causes us to question everyone and everything that comes into our lives, even if they are true~ genuine and good.

One of the things I find is you Love and Trust when you are born and some where along the road we lose that from life's journey. We will then stop and allow someone or something that is perfect into their corridors for fear. Just think about this, if we could stop for one minute and gain balance and work from our heart would we really have such a hard time understanding this?

Just some food for your soul.

There is never a sudden revelation, a complete and tidy explanation for why it happened, why it ends, or why or who you are. You want one and I want one, but there isn't one. It comes in bits and pieces, & you stitch them together, and when you are done you hold yourself up, and still there are holes; you are a rag doll, i invented, imperfect. And yet you are all that you have, so you must be enough. There is no other way.

Another Great Blog from a Friend

If you are with someone for a certain amount of time, what does that mean? Does it mean you OWN them? Does it mean they should be faithful? Does it mean they OWE you a relationship?
Not really...... We do not own ANYONE no matter how long we have been involved with that person....

We may want them to be faithful and ideally when we are being intimate with that person unless we have discussed that we are BOTH on the same page about being monogamous and have agreed to such no matter how much we might desire that, we cannot and should not expect that of another UNLESS it is agreed mutually beforehand...
And no one really owes us something unless it is agreed before hand that we are BOTH on the same page about the relationship, where it is going, what we can and should expect of the other....

And there lie the problems.....
IF the guy or girl has said he/she is NOT ready for a relationship, or they do not want a relationship yet... are having money, emotional or personal issues that they cannot give us what we may want ....and yet we continue to see them, spend time with them and be intimate with them.....we are telling them by our actions that WE ACCEPT their terms.......

The DANGER time in a relationship is NOT when we are apart...it is the the re-entry period as it is THEN we can re-negotiate the terms, and it is ONLY when the terms have been fully understood and accepted by both that we can and should tackle issues in a non emotional manner.
Obviously none of us like to be cheated on, lied to, misled or have our time wasted.....however our own fears are the things that can cause us to settle for less because we fear not having the person in our lives which at times makes us settle for SO much less than we want or desire...

Just remember men listen to actions...........women listen to words...

so if your words match your actions and your actions match your words...you got nothing to worry about do ya??

Ann - I must Add this ....Relationships bring out the best and the worst in us, as it is the people whom we care about, who have the power to move us beyond our comfort zones. However holding on to someone by manipulation, drama, or insinuating yourself into the life of someone to hold on to them or get them back NEVER works...
In fact it usually blows up in your face as it means you are coming to the relationship from the weaker standpoint and so are reactive and overly sensitive and will not step back to allow THEM to make the call, or do the work.....

An Awesome Advice from a Friend....

HAVE YOU EVER FELT A CERTAIN PERSON IS YOUR DESTINY?
A different view on 'that person and I are meant to be together'.

Have you ever felt a certain person is your destiny? You are fated to be with him/her? If you are not with them, then you will miss out on that 'soul-mate' connection?

I would like to present a different view on this, especially in regards to this so-called 'soul-mate' connection. My definition of soul-mate is a person from our soul-group [those who have come to earth with us to share karmic experiences with]. The soul-mate is to present to us lessons that we are meant to face and grow through in healing a karmic lesson. The soul group is more interested in evolving our dharmic path, lessons of the soul-group collective spiritual progress, while soul-mate is individual spiritual karmic progress. We actually have many soul-mates to help us with these lessons, and have made agreements prior to rebirth with them. Not all soul-mate connections are on the romantic end, though a few are. Those that we feel a deep connection with and see as part of our destiny is what my blog is about today.

In a destine relationship, as humans we tend to want to attach emotional adjectives to them that will emphasize the 'only- one- for- us' syndrome. We swear that it must be this person for us to experience true love. Music has been selling this idea for eons and I am sure will continue. Yet, there is another side that is not discussed, and one I wish to address. So many times in counseling/reading for a person, I want to seed them with this concept, but as a rule, most will refuse to even hear it, so they seek another reader to feed their 'dream', sadly their dream is not interpret through their spirit. The human ego interacts with them and they must have that dream. Hence they try creating their own reality, with having this certain person as their main partner in life. The outcome is variable, they might down the road get this person in their life, but the ego destroys the spiritual lessons by expectations of how this 'true love' should be with them. Down the road the 'soul mate' is looked upon in disdain and the person is swearing that could not been their soul mate. Another scenario is the person will wait forever for this soul-mate to be in part of their life. They have given their power away to a dream and stuff this dream with psychic readings to support their version of the dream. In the mean time they have shown the Universal Consciousness that their ego is in charge of creating their reality, and they have blocked all doors to having happiness, since Mr. or Ms. Right is not involved. Both examples are based on the ego wants, and is fed through the shoulds and coulds of the ego mentality, and lessons are not being learned.

The other side of this scenario is the possibility that this person is to help you learn to walk away. Maybe in another lifetime, you conducted your life in a similar way and decided this lifetime you will not let your ego control you in avoiding living. Perhaps you were to release expectations of how someone needed to change just to make you happy. This person is most likely your destiny, and their soul purpose is to awaken your spirit to balance out karma from the past.

How do you know which is which in this? You can't because your human emotions are too involved in this. You can ask a psychic, but you can only accept what your emotions will support, verses what your spirit wants. There is away out of this though. Start to pray for that which you want with the elimination of a particular person. Pray to be willing to follow the path your spirit guides and angels lead you, instead of what you as ego insist on. Also know, your ego will play games with you for the sole purpose of keeping you off track. This can be seen in saying, oh I heard 'our' song out of the blue for instance. Hearing 'our song' is not always linked to needing to wait for that particular person. It can be a link to self-sabotage. Believe me this is going to be a major challenge for you, breaking out of the 'me-me' mold, so you can embrace the life path and spiritual path you chosen to experience in this life time. Can you break out of this? Yes, but it calls for putting the ego in its' place and learning to go within, to hear your own angels, spirit guides and higher self. It is not something that happens over night, but it does happen if you put the effort and discipline in it.

We always have choices in this life, and the biggest choice is who is co-creating your life with God? Your spirit or your ego. Majority of the time it is ego, because it soothes our need to feel like a victim, martyr, or any other descriptive word to take the power away from your own responsibility to your life as a spirit living in a human body.

When we let go of the energies that are not serving us,You know I've been devoting my time to my kids and being faithful to someone We know were soulmates but his EGO over powers him, I have to Protect myself and Wait what is God's Plans for me . Misery loves company, but company does not reciprocate

Isn't it funny when we are hurting and need an ear, we can sometimes forget how our misery can at times infect others. Balance is needed, we do not always posses it, and our good friends can help with that, but over dependence on outside sources may not be consistent in getting us through tough emotional experiences we face in our lives, achieving balance ourselves means that we do not depend on anyone but ourselves :-) hard to achieve, but so valuable if you can get there.....

Human beings are ultimately defined by our choices

"Is this future set in stone?
Can it be changed?" or
"This looks great! Wait, is their any way I can mess it
up?"

Basically what these questions all boil down to is: "Is
the future predestined, or is it determined by our
choices and those of others?"

The answer? It's both.


Of course this sounds like an impossibility, or
paradox. Let me explain

Human beings are
ultimately defined by our choices.

Yet each of us is on
our own unique path in life. This path leads us to
events in our life where we must make a choice. Think
of these events as "defining moments". Now, the type
of choice we will have to make during this defining
moment (love or money, risk or security, etc...), has
been predetermined according to our own unique path
- nothing can change it.

However, what we choose is completely up to us, and contributes to who we are.
So who decided this predetermined path that we are on, and what kinds of choices we will have to make?

You did! Source, Spirit, whichever name you apply to
God, dwells in you, as you. You cannot be separated
from God, not even by time. Therefore, there has never
been a time when you did not exist, and their never
will be. When we realize this, our fears and
insecurities melt away.


The following quote (which I believe is from A Course
in Miracles - paraphrased) sums up this idea nicely...
"If you only knew who walked beside you, on this path
that you yourself have chosen, you would never
experience fear or doubt again."

Where does anger come from?

It is always yourself you are angry at. There is some transgression you have made that makes you angry. It isn't the other person or persons involved. No matter how much at fault they may be, your anger comes from something to do with you.

Anger is always ego. Always. The situation may be incorrect. You may be absolutely right, and yet the anger is, nevertheless, ego. Certainly, a situation can need to be remedied, and yet you don't have to be angry about it. It is your prerogative to not like the situation, but the accompanying anger is a different story. Anger is no good. It is no good at all. It does not do you, others involved, nor the situation any good. You want to put out fires, not add to them.

Peace is a wonderful thing. You admire Gandhi and what he accomplished through peaceful means. How simple he was, and how obvious that he was on the right track. And yet, in your own life, for matters of much less significance than Gandhi's, you revert to anger time and time again. You would think that anger was valuable, even invaluable, while all along anger inflates a situation and takes away your peace.

Anger not expressed is still anger. I don't know which is worse? Anger expressed or anger repressed. Refuse anger in any shape or form.

Listen, anger is a dreadful thing. All on its own, it is dreadful. And then it puts a mushroom cloud over a situation. It blinds you. Look, no matter what the situation, it is only a situation, and situations can be changed. Anger contributes nothing to the solution. If you want a peaceful conclusion to the situation, be peaceful.

This is all so clear to you when it is someone else, or it's in a book or movie.

When it comes to your life, however, you are passionate with anger. Be dispassionate without it. Be passionate about peace. You don't give up anything but anger to feel peace within you. Peace is a great thing. Anger is not. Anger is a dime a dozen. Anyone can flare up in anger. Not everyone has yet learned the benefit of cooling down in peace.

You like to think of yourself as a cool person. Then be cool with calm and not hot with anger. There simply is no advantage to anger. It costs too much, beloveds. It costs you your peace of mind. It shortens your life. Be not short-tempered nor hot-tempered. Be cool.

I see you are nodding at everything I say. You agree with me in theory until next time when something makes you red under the collar. Is it possible that you can remind yourself of Me the next time you feel anger rising? Is it possible you could remind yourself that there is a God in Heaven and on Earth and within you, a God of love and peace and all things cool?

Thinking of Me is not like calling in a referee or a mediator, yet it does help you gain a different perspective where a different perspective is needed. There is no time when a better perspective is needed than when you get hot with anger. If you are seeing red too much to remember Me, then remember you. Remember yourself more than the situation that made you turn on yourself.

Do you perhaps think you really do need anger in order to reconcile situations? Do you perhaps feel that anger serves a validating function? What can it be about anger that makes you feel it's useful even when you know better? What can We do so that anger does not arise and, therefore, you won't have it?

There is remarkable power in positive thinking. And learning to reach for better feeling thoughts can absolutely change your life experience. But what if you’ve got a particular topic in your life, that no matter how hard you try to change the thought pattern you don’t see any significant changes in your experience? Chances are you’re caught in a subconscious thought-loop that is as old as you are and it might take a bit of exploration to get rid of it for good.

Let’s take the topic of money. It seems to be a topic that many people are focused on these days. I wonder how many of you have tried to change your financial situation using the concepts outlined in the positive thinking philosophy, only to find yourself in a similar situation over and over again? If that has been the case for you; you’re not alone. The solution may be found in getting to your authentic emotion(s) regarding the topic. Let me explain.

For the sake of argument let’s agree that you’ve already done some major work on turning your feelings around about money; you’ve got a positive outlook and you’re feeling hopeful and open to more abundance coming your way. But so far, you haven’t received the promotion, no one has shared a lucrative stock tip, you’re not in line for an inheritance and you still haven’t won the lotto. Financially everything is still pretty much the same. If changing your thoughts (and vibrations) around money really does work, then why aren’t you experiencing the shift?

The answer can be found in exploring the hidden beliefs we have around money. We adopt hidden beliefs early on in our life. We literally absorb them from our family, the media, church and school.

If you grew up in a home where money was scarce, or if being poor was attached in a positive way to spirituality, or if people with money were depicted in a negative light you are likely living out those beliefs on a subconscious level even though on the surface you would never agree with the statements.

The quest to find authentic emotions is about taking a candid look at all of the statements and attitudes you grew up with regarding money and people with money. Establishing your authentic emotion will help you get at the root of your vibration on any particular topic.

Here’s an example from my life. I grew up hearing three significant things about money:

1. God was keeping my Dad humble by not allowing him to succeed financially; oddly enough I actually heard that from my Dad.

2. There is a level of spirituality that poor people can connect to that the rich rarely can; that was courtesy of my church

3. If I didn’t have an education I could never get ahead financially; was reinforced by my teachers.

Intent on changing my future experience with money I took the time to explore these statements to see if any of them were lingering on a more subtle level. It didn’t take too long before I realized that the one about humility and success still had a little pull. Long story short; I had developed a subconscious belief that, as soon as I got ahead financially, “God” was poised to humble me. I had actually created an image in my mind of a big guy with a baseball bat aimed at my head ready to keep me from getting too proud.

On a subconscious level I did not want to experience the “humbling process” so I kept myself in check all on my own. The truth is there isn’t anything dictating financial abundance. But my subconscious believed there was. I was caught in a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Do you think you may have any subconscious hidden beliefs playing in the background about Love, Health, Money or your own Worthiness? If you’re not experiencing what you want in your life – there’s a hidden belief in the way. It may take some time to discover the authentic emotion but the benefits will outweigh the effort almost immediately.

The next couple weeks will bring a time to focus on finances whether it's making more money or finding a new source of income. This month your focus will turn to finances related to taxes, credit and loans.

February 5th and 6th will turn to a time for you to travel, religion and studies. You may enter a university or take on new courses of study. You may study a new religion or even learn a new foreign language. It is a great time for you to take on opportunity for you to learn something new about yourself. Travel of long distance will bring you to foreign cultures and languages. I feel this could be a day to look into studies including college tuition or taking on new classes to improve your current career field.

February 7th and February 27th seem to be positive days for you to focus on financial benefits including taxes, credit and loans. You may gain through a loan, child support or alimony.

Mercury will enter your 8th house of joint resources, taxes and credit on February 10th making the next 3 weeks a time for you to improves your finances or see a gain with these types of finances. On February 12th Venus will enter your 9th house of long distance trips, foreign people and places making the next 4 weeks a time for you to travel for love or to meet a new lover. You may spend more time with the in-laws or travel to meet the in-laws. Studies and religion will improve or increase. The knowledge to learn something new especially related to beauty items including interior design and painting may make you feel there is a purposes for your career life and goals.

The new moon on February 14th will fall in your 8th house of joint resources, capital, loans, credit, taxes, child support, alimony, gifts, rewards and bonuses. The next couple weeks may bring financial benefits from taxes, credit and loans. You may gain through a bonus or commissions. The Sun and Neptune bring great support to this new moon which I feel will open the door for you to move forward with joint ventures. It could be to start a new business or to make some major investments especially with real estate, stocks and bonds. You may see gains through stocks and bonds or other types of investments for yourself or your business. Venus will create some problems with Saturn and Mars which could bring problems with another partner, entity, company or group. It will be gladly supported by Pluto which brings positive news with finances but I feel much needs to be improved and corrected. You may have to budget your finances even though you will see a gain through other resources. The money or gains may need to be used quickly or sufficiently. It may bring some challenges and stresses but you will be able to manage. The next couple weeks will be great to advance in a business venture through other resources or help. Good luck.

February 15th seems to be a positive day to get work done and to move forward on personal projects. You will be disciplined and determined to complete projects.

February 16th will be a wonderful day to travel, enter college or even find love. You will feel indulgent in love and affection. Reach out to someone special in your life and make them feel good about themselves even if you are not intimately involved with them.

February 21st and 23rd will bring a couple days to focus on a partner. The partner may be personal or business. You will focus on working out personal issues and problems with them. It could also be a great time to form a partnership.

The full moon on February 28th will fall in your 3rd house of short trips, communication, siblings and neighbors. the next couple weeks may bring a sudden short trip, increase of communication with others including a sibling or your neighbors. Communication increase via emails, text messages and phone calls. You may focus on studies, education or taking on new lessons for your education or a career field. The Sun and Jupiter will support this full moon from your 9th house of long distance trips, foreign people and places. I feel you may plan a sudden trip or make plans on where you would like to be in your future. You are feeling optimistic and proud. It could be that you receive positive news to enter college or a university. You may decide to take a trip for your spring vacation. I feel the next couple weeks may even make you focus on the small details of a trip or your education. You may want to study health or enter the medical field. A great time to plan for the future.
