" HONESTY "

True, False road sign isolated on white photo

"Every violation of truth is not only a sort of suicide in the liar, but is a stab at the health of human society."

What level of honesty are you living now?

How honest are you with strangers, institutions and businesses, acquaintances, friends, family, spouse?

How honest are you with yourself?

Honesty removes confusion, misunderstandings, and all the fuzziness
that can boggle the mind. Fears must become removed when communicating with ourselves or another Human being.
When we assume our head can become full of slanted truths.
We do not want to become brutally honest but lovingly honest.
Being more honest may take some effort, but will grant rich rewards.
Look in a mirror and ask yourself, am I being honest to myself?
We need to look deeply at out attitudes and beliefs, especially in situations where our emotions are deeply involved.

When in need seeking advice from another for clear- sighted assistance can be a great help. When we live in self- deceit it can lead to anxiety, confusion, a
complicated life, and behaving with unfairness toward oneself and others.

We cant expect things to go right when we are trailing so much emotion inside of ourselves.Once we can self reflect and become more honest into what we truly
want our true path in life can open up.
We need to stop doing so many things for others and stop being martyrs to ourselves.
Being honest to ones self can help us avoid using up extra energy on
others, which can also lead to our own depressions.
This is hard stuff, but well worth the effort in present relief and future
peace of mind.

"Our lives improve only when we take chances - and the first and most difficult risk we can take is to be honest with ourselves."

Peace to All,
Ann
